Aricha Wubanchi is our natural lot from Aricha Station, located in the sothern part of ethiopia, 9km from Yirgacheffe town. The station sits at an elevation of 2213 m.a.s.l. and process not only naturals but washed and extra-fermented coffee, based on the type of quality of coffee supplied.
Natural lots- farmers hand-pick cherries at peak ripeness and spread on African drying beds for approximately 19 to 21 days. The cherries are regularly moved and roatated to ensure uniform drying. When the coffee moisture reaches 10-12% it is transferred to the warehouse.
The driving force behind this lot is their producer and exporter Primrose Coffee led by Mr. Abreham Mengiste and Mrs. Meseret Workneh, theyhave focused on various social responsibility programs, such as schools and bridge construction projects and providing essential school supplies to students.
